Erin Fair Taylor, MPH, JD

Erin is a Medicaid and health policy leader turned independent consultant, with two decades spent building the systems that connect vulnerable populations to better care. She cut her teeth as lead health policy staff in the Oregon Legislature during the landmark reforms that paved the way for Medicaid expansion, then went on to lead CareOregon's development of five Coordinated Care Organizations — reshaping how Oregonians access the Oregon Health Plan. She later served as VP of Medicaid Programs at PacificSource Community Solutions.

Erin holds a JD from the University of Oregon, and she studied Public Health at Tulane University and Anthropology at the University of Florida.
